​What is USP?  What does USP stand for?

Utility Solutions Partners is a company that was formed by long time experienced professionals who formerly worked at SPL WorldGroup, Oracle and EP2M/Five Point.

Who is involved with USP and how did it come to be?

Steven Casazza is the President of USP.  John Schulte will be leading business development.  Others involved will include employees, contractors and other professionals with whom we have had a long association with in the industry.

What resources do you have?

What is your target market?

Mid-market utilities typically in the range of 50,000 to 500,000 customers including all service types.  USP will only focus on Oracle Utilities suite of products, especially CC&B, MWM and CSS.

What is your strategy?

USP's mission is to be a premier Oracle Utilities Systems Integrator and Product Suite Expert. As we build our portfolio of clients we will be a prime contractor for full life-cycle project implementations. Initially we will place resources on staff augmentation engagements. USP will also offer Post-Implementation Managed Services.

With whom have you partnered and what is their involvement?

USP has a strategic relationship with Westin Engineering. USP will leverage Westin's domain expertise in the Water and Waste Water Utility market. USP and Westin will partner on specific opportunities and bring complimentary services to bear for a best in class Oracle Utilities implementation. 

Is USP open to partnering and if so what is your strategy?

USP will be open to partnering especially as a subcontractor on projects.  USP has an extensive network of resources that are experienced which we can bring to a partner relationship.  Our strategy is to partner with the larger System Integrators who need the resources and our network of available personnel, and who also does not consider USP as a threat.
